Akademik Tonko Maroevi\u0107 naglasio je kako je Restek kroz tehniku dubokog tiska postigao univerzalnu prepoznatljivost, dok je Petra Vugrinec istaknula njegovu sposobnost transformacije klasi\u010dnih motiva u apstraktne vizije.
